With advanced training in Law and Legal Technology, Joseph has contributed to international research projects, published in respected journals, and served on editorial boards. As a lecturer and researcher, Joseph has extensive experience teaching and mentoring, as well as developing frameworks that bridge legal knowledge with cutting-edge technologies. Moses is the Board Chairman of Tecotran Global Limited and brings over 30 years of experience in senior executive and managerial positions. He has held key roles as Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Director of Projects, leading large teams and delivering on complex organisational goals. With an Executive MBA in Project Management and a background in Biochemistry , Moses combines technical expertise with proven leadership. His extensive career at the top levels of management underpins Tecotran’s commitment to strong governance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Frederick Kobla Dortso, Esq. is a private legal practitioner practicing with Nyamekye and Partners, a Corporate and Litigation law firm situated at East legon, Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana. He has great interest in Legal Technology and Energy Law with a focus on Renewable Energy and its impact on the African Economy. He is currently an LLM candidate at University of Ghana School of Law where he is reading an LLM program in Energy law. At Tecotran Global Ltd, Mr Dortso is a Director, the Company’s Secretary and the principal Legal Advisor. Aside the law, Mr Dortso has great passion for fashion reason for which he has set up a Men’s Apparel business named Haute and Guy which specializes in the sale of Suits, bespoke men’s shirts and Timepieces (both pocket and wristwatches).
